Ripoff, billed my account for $229 for items returned under the 30 day rquirement! Told can't be helped due to computer problems and move

I ordered a trial sample of Zylacor. I was told by Stephanie, if not satisfied to return unused amount within 30 days and I would not be billed. I tried for 2 weeks, no results and sent entire remaining amount immediately; well before 30 day trial.

I have now been charged $229 to Monterey Financial. My statement said nothing about Zylacor or Provo, Utah. I had to call Ca. To find out what the charge was and they referred me to Treehouse. I called and spoke to Glenna and was told that they could do nothing due to computers being down and in the process of move.

At this time, I have checks that are bouncing due to this charge that was not authorized and the items were immediately returned.

This affects my credit and is a significant cost for all bounced checks!
