Daily calls about diabetics and hang up

This lady calls everyday, requires about diabetics in household after I informed her no body below had it disconnected, following day called again. I expected her "did not she call recently and hung-up after I informed her no body below". She dinot react and disconnected again. I am about the "don't contact checklist" but who uses guidelines and regualtions?
