Constant Debt Collection Calls to wrong person

They've been calling by having an automatic calling program for a long time requesting a Jorge Blanco. That's not my name, no body with that name has actually existed below, and that I haven't completed any company under that name. I did so speak with them this past year, informed them-they were calling the worng individual plus they decided to not contact again. But I still obtain the automatic calls. So when I attempt to react to the phone call, it requires some time the telephone ticks, and weighs up.
