They Will Have delivered words for further paperwork on some claims settled after which they ceased spending any more statements. I delivered and resent paperwork and lastly reimbursed for just one that I got fed up with bothering my health company over. I subsequently needed to publish all further statements personally as was not ready to make use of the card all of this period. I named to check out-up plus they stated they never received them. I re-sent them-and they were declined as identical statements. Additional denial letters (obtained 4 in one single evening) stated they required the individual's title, day of support, etc. DUH! I gave them the EOB's/bills/statements. Obviously they'd this data. The one thing some might not have experienced may be the analytical signal but their strategy informatino doesn't express this really is needed, the US government doesn't express this really is needed, plus one health company explained that it's not regular to publish individuals with FSAis because theyare no insurance provider & it is a government tax break plan. I'dnot mind distributing these but Iam not likely to proceed and bug these same health companies a 3rd period and Iam sure that it is yet another section of their sport. I really could not get any answers within the telephone.

They've $1500 of our cash and also have twelve medical EOBis that people've paid of our pockets. They took $1500 from us so far as I will notice.
