I have had an extremely frustrating problem with my Prada eyewear (extreme contacts) along with a friend had exactly the same expertise. I get SIMPLY NO response from any Prada e-mail contact, store contact, or telephone concept.

VERY FRUSTRATING! Won't ever buy Prada again.
