Phosphacore claims are lies and it is a rip off. I purchased this product through their company on ebay. Their claims that you lose 1 inch off your waistline every 7 days is untrue. I had these dietary supplements sent to me (in Namibia) they cost me 40USD. I have bee using them for three weeks now and there has been no change. I measured my waistline before taking the pills and up to now there has been no change.
According to their website http://www.appliednutritionalresearch.com / you are supposed to drop 1 full jean size every week and 4 jean sizes every month!
Do not buy phosphacore it is a scam! And they rip your money off. I exercise 5 times a week at the gym. I monitor my calorie intake but the pills did not do anything at all to assist me with weight loss.
