Signed up for a free 7 day trial, which at the end of the 7 days if I didn't cancel, I would be charged $65.00. The only way to log into their system was based on a confirmation email that would be sent to me with logon information. Never got that email confirmation. For 2 days I tried to log into the system with no luck so I went to their customer support page, filled out the online customer issue document, but received no feedback. 5 days later I am charged the $65.00. Called phone that is only available at certain times and talked to a customer service rep who informed me they never receive my online form so they could only refund me $40.00, not the $65.00. After talking to 2 levels of management, no luck, even though I never received confirmation of my membership, could never log-in, and couldn't effectively contact them, it cost me $25.00 and a lot of time wasted. This is a bad business practice to just take peoples money and the company should be penalized for this type of practice. Not only that, but having spent 40 minutes on the phone with them, I got conveniently cut off. I would highly discourage anybody from doing business with this company as doing further research, this company offers nothing other than you can get for free from other sites.
