Worst customer service

I have been calling Kaiser customer support 866-238-2808 nearly daily to get a week today to stop my mothers insurance plan and its own vegetable a genuine pain. To begin with many customer support representatives aren't that useful. The consultant I talked nowadays 10:01 ET 01/04/10 was the toughest of these, she attempt to dismiss all my concerns and experimented with hang-up on me. She was really rude.

It was also particularly difficult to deliver a fax for them, I sent termination notice nearly daily plus they have 2 times to confirm when the fax experienced. I have sent my documents athome and thru exterior fax support nevertheless when I attempt to confirm later, these were unable to obtain it.
