National Better Living Assoc. Lied Cheated and Stole my money

I got a call from one of the representives of this company saying she had recieved my inquiry about some health insurance. She told me she had some plans I might be interested in. She said she was going to start off with the most expensive one and if it seemed to high she would keep going down until it was affordable. She quoted me the price of $189.00 per month with a 1 time 110.00 membership fee. I thought the price of this is good and its the top policy they offer. She started telling me what they offered, no copay for Dr visits no copay for Lab she went on with all the good stuff, I kept asking her are you sure there is really no copay she said absolutely none, the hospital was a 70/30 plan they pay 70%. I said i'm not sure I have been ripped off before, thats when she hit me with I am only authorized to offer you this deal today and she said you have a 30 day return policy and if you don't like what we offer your money will be fully refunded. I decided ok this sounds like a good deal. I gave her my bank information that was on November 24th they pulled the money out of my account the following day. I waited for my policy information I got in on Dec 22nd I looked it over it was nothing like she had said, The amount for the Dr visit was 50.00 my Dr charges 120.00 so I would have to make up the difference, there was nothing mentioned for lab work. I couldn't figure out what the hospital was all about. I called them on the 23rd and told them I didn't want this policy to please refund my money. I was told we will put the $189.00 back in to my account, but they would be keeping the 110.00 membership fee. I ask why I was told my money would be fully refunded if they were going to keep the 110.00 I have no use for this membership. I said I guess that must be how your company makes its money by signing people up for this bogus insurance with a non refundable useless membership. Needles to say I am still out my 299.00 It is now 1/6 and Im still waiting for my refundable 189.00. It took them only 1 day to remove from my account. Don't get suckered in to this company you will get ripped off.
