Cunningham Fire illegally report me to collection by skipping normal billing time, lied, also irgnored my financial help request

WIBS&Cunningham Fire, they lied, I have the msg on my phone, also keep all my letters and emails. They skipped at least one or two billing months, eagerly to report me to collection. I requested many times to ask for the application form of financial help, but they ignored and lied.

My insurance already paid them 80% original price. My husband and me refused to use their ambulance service, but the guy sitting with me in ambulance, he lied, he just kept writing on the way to hospital. The ambulance did nothing, I didnot use their any medical machine at all and also no any help or so-called service, they did nothing but the fake report. I asked for the list why they could charge so much because the ambulance was just like a taxi or u-haul at most, but no answer.

I told them the only and true reason why I cannot go see doctor in daytime, just because I have no car. We have been struggled under our finance stress all the time. We have two little babies.

They were supposed to reply my letters as they told me, but meanwhile they already reported me to the collection, even one or two billing mons earlier. Yes, I told them please stop to send me bill, if they want to ruin me, then just go ahead to do what they want. Because I want at least a few days relax, no bothering from them, it is worse than any nightmare, haunted me all the time. Then, unbelieveable, they were just even so eager to start to ruin me, reported me to collection much earlier, oh, they lied!

Each time, their attitude made me mad, thus they could make me look bad, because I am a emotional person. I have been trying to sue them, but how could. They represent goverment and power, where for me to sue how they abused their power. But for them, they can use their power to ruin me, to report me to the collection, to ruin my so good credit, thus to ruin my family and kids. They lied.

In a word, just my husband and me learnt our life-long lesson, ambulance service is just and actually indeed a business, but worse than any other business, because they could use their power to force people accept their so-called service, and then charge you a huge incredible bill, they also would not even give you one cent discount after they already got so much money, i.E., 80% of original charge! They also would not even listen, ignore the financial help request.

I am well-educated, have good background. It is too hard for me to surrender to such a abused power. I cannot believe, in this country, so many good people and good things, but why could still exist such a unfairness? For ordinary people like me, where and how I could get lawful help?

Once thinking of this whole thing, I cannot help controlling my emotion, so much to say. Today is the Eve of new year, I pray, wish the clean blue sky could have eyes, knowing the unfairness. Then luckily I found this website, oh, finally I have a place to write, to file a report. So thankful and expecting! Happy new year to all!
