Ripped me off for $75 was only supposed to pay s/h

I was only suppose to pay s/h and then my bank acc. Is overdrawn from they, re charges! I live on a very small fixed income and this was a small treat that has turned into a nightmare! I want all my money back and I'm still gonna talk to a lawyer. Any help from this site would at least make me think these people have to follow laws as we do.
