Genesis Brands Worthless product - failed to accept return & still charging credit card

My wife ordered the Luminess Air Brush cosmetic device. Upon receiving it, she found it totally useless as advertised. She attempted on multiple times to cancel & return the item but to no avail. Eventually a month later, she was able to at least change the credit card number of where they were charging the "payments".

Six months later, they are still attempting to charge & not accept a return. I finally reached someone by phone who was not only abusive, but told me my wife was "probably afraid of me". Nice.

I've reported them to both the BBB and the attorney general. Don't waste your money or your time with this illegitimate business.
