I fell for the trail offer gimmic. If you are 1 minute past the 14 days cancellation time too bad. As a customer service manager told me... We have rules!
You are basically signing up for auto shipments of the product. Think twice before you do business with this company. The calls don't go to the company they are farmed out to India.
