Charged twice and never got the product

Our name is donald and that I requested a ten-day test of the item on 12/8/09and the salesperson stated that after I recived it-my 10-day test might start. And when I needed to prevent and never purchase anymore that i shoud phone withen these 10 times and let them know so. But easily desired to keep obtaining the item they might auto-ship me evrey 2 weeks a-2 month supply. But i never received the very first 10-day test and at the conclusion of the very first 10 times they chared my money account 79.98 for that Initial 2 month supply. I never did obtain a test interval plus they began the purchase 10 dayes in the evening i named not 10 times in the evening i recived it. And as of this moment I've not recived something, except difficulty from them. I needed a reimbursement plus they saied they might not provide one, stated they'd postal issues which, that wasn't ther fault. They are extremely difficult to talk to. I just need my cash back.
