Teresa Fairley Williams I recieved a letter stating that I have a past due account in the amount of 982.30

I received a letter stating that I have a past due account. The letter was an offer for settlement. I called the number that was on the letter and I asked what the debt was for.
I was told that it was for medical expenses. I told that person that I was speaking to that I did not have medical expenses because I always had insurance and I paid a copay.

I was told to hold on this person came back on the phone and said that the debt was with Living well ladies a fitness club.

I told him that I paid that debt years ago being that it was fifteen yeasr ago taht I acquired that debt.

The person on the phone got really nasty he told me to forget about buying Christmas gifts for my family and pay the 678.61 in full or they were going to add 2400.00 for lawers fees and they were going to garnish my pay.

I hung up the phone. 2 seconds later I recied a call from the same guy pretending to be someone else. I asked his name and he said that his name was Mr. Scott I asked for the name of the other person and he said his name was Mr. Balls. (Scott balls). I was very upset because this happened while I was at work.
