Thieves and frauds: do not buy

I made a purchase ($50 worth) through this site on 9-28-09 and waited patiently for my tanning lotion to arrive. I emailed them on 10-10-09 and then next day I received an email from them saying "You should have it this week. Thanks." And get this, the name on the email was "Tan Brown"... They could've been a little more creative with the name. So I wait and I finally get an email on 10-19-09 from them with a tracking number and everything. So, I figured they are just a little slow. Well a few more emails and phone calls to NO ONE (but some silly recording!!!) STILL NOTHING!!! I reported them a couple weeks ago to the BBB and am waiting to see what happens. I hope that if you've used this website and got ripped off (which I'm sure you did, since this is a scam) that you report it to the BBB. These people are committing crimes and it may not be a lot individually, but I'm sure they've made quite a bit of money from this site and the customers have nothing to show for it.

To whoever wrote the rebuttals on the other reports... I am not competition, I am a customer and I do have all the emails back and forth and the USPS tracking number which still says:

"The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on October 19 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. No further information is available for this item."

Also, I don't know why you think that we would display full information (last names, ect). We are specifically asked to only include our first names!!! I hope someone can now take this site... And any of their affiliates, if any, of the internet and find them a nice home... in prison!
