John Michael Mancini Commissioned PR project that delivered on brief - then refused to pay Sydney

SASMAR Commissioned Palin Communications in Australia to implement a pharmacy-focused PR campaign in Australia to alert Australian Pharmacists to the availability of an allergy product called Nasaleze. The media materials generated a range of positive editorial reports in Australian pharmacy publications as per the brief and included quotes from a contracted opinion leader. The CEO of SASMAR (John Michael Mancini) has bluntly refused to pay the invoice for this servicer despite (1) approving the activity, (2) issuing a formal purchase order to confirm this approval, (3) sending positive emails as the stories rolled in and (4) continuing to use the media release on his web site. I have legal action pending but he point blank refuses to pay the bill. I regard this as a blatant rip off as he commissioned work, approved it in writing, got the commercial benefits of the editorial media coverage and then simply refused to pay the bill. It is basically fraud.
