Premier whitining Free Trial

ON 12/02, I responed to an ad on the internet offering a free trial of a teeh whiting oroduct naed Eversmile fore the shipping charge of $2.99. On 1/15, I received an E-Mail notice that stated that I had been billed $158.27 as I had not cancelled within 10 days. I had just received the product days before and only had time to ry it our for two times. It failed to whiten my teeth up to the 15 shades as promiced in 15 minutes. There was no instructions on the box that warned of the 10 days nor was anything mentioned in the term and conditiones when I placed the order. I called and cancelled and was rudely told that I could do ahat ever I wished and that the comopany would do what ever was required to collect this debt. I looked on their website and found that they had also signed me up for a health club at $29.995 per Month and I cancelled that, The box clearly states that it is a 30 day supply but it only has enought for 4 to 5 uses as they say to use it twice a week. I have filed a report with the Federal Trade Commission and with the Attorney General of Texas as this is a total rip off.
