Products: alfa vitamins these people ripped-off money to my father sending a different and cheap products and... Requested another payment

A "DR" called my father by phone to offer him some products for specific health conditions.in the post office they had to pay $149.00 and when he opened the box it had 3 bottles of vitamins. That was no what they promised him. Their solution was to pay again one hundred and something more, a little less, and they offered him a "bonus" (who knows what it is?). My father wanted his money back, but they insisted in a second payment, instead of using the first payment and credit, or something like that.
My father has received some calls asking if he has received the second package and my father said no, and doesn't want it.
They were rude and threatening by his voice was recorded. Up to this day he has not received anything more. Even more, they now are hanging the phone all the time.
I want to see them face to face, my father deserves a respect.
