Park Cities Center For Veterinary Dentistry and Orofacial Surgery Dr Brown violated Rule &573.26 HONESTY, INTEGRITY AND FAIR DEALING

Dr Mary Brown, charged me me $2000.00 to extract teeth of 14yr old feline. She assured me that by extracting his teeth would ensure a pain free life. Dr Brown also said she would provide pre and post operative x-rays, showing the shards, the abscesses and the whole destruction, of how the dental disease had caused havoc on my pets health. Dr Brown failed to take POST OPERATIVE XRAYS, which is normal procedure. She did not.
Upon confrontation, requesting the POST X-rays, she ran into another room in her house and screamed, to her recpt/techI will not be talked to with disrespect. The recpt/tech was very patient and became insistent upon her answering my questions. This scerionio was surreal
I called Dr Browns office daily. I expressed my concern about his lack of improvement. Dr Brown assured me, before agreeing upon her recommendation, that, my pets life would be enhanced.
I researched, found Dr Mary Brown has been disciplined. I luckinly happen upon this discovery. TAKE A LOOK
