Taking money from my bank account without permission

I named Birthplace Healthcare for medical health insurance an extremely fast-talking broker explained an insurance policy that seemed ideal for me.

He asked for my card amount to be able to deliver me a duplicate of the plan to see over. Once we were completing our chat he explained in my experience " oh yes incidentally this can not protect pre existing problems".
