Living Well Healthmaster Totally Ripped Off and Disappointed In Montel's Endorsement of Such A Product

I am a 67 year old female who lives on a limited income and have to spend a lot of money for prescriptions since I have been diagnosed with Atherosclerosis. I have a 100% blocked carotid artery and had a renal stent along with other blockeages.
I Purchased this emulsifier product in July for nutritional purposes to improve my health status and replace my juicer.
However I was out on the road with my husband who is an over the road truck driver in August & September. Therefore I was unable to use the unit until October. I really loved it and was quite pleased the month I was able to use it, but the unit began leaking profusely from under the base of the pitcher. I would have to litterly have to stand there with a sponge during processing. You can imagine how frustrated and messy this is.
On 11-20 I called the customer serv. Number to report this and asked for a return number to send it back and have a replacement unit sent to me. I was told by Melvin #55 that there was no warranty for this & that I would have to purchase a new pitcher for $49.99. This is ludicrpous! When you pay $229.95 and only use it 1 month and have this problem, they should replace it free of charge.
I also called again today, November 30th and was told the same thing. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that I could not; that this is their policy. I feel this is wrong and I should not have to settle for anything less than at least a new pitcher at their cost.
