Bad service

It generally does not do what it had been designed to.invested 800.00 for something which worked at the office nevertheless when you receive it house it only simply do not work. Despite many excursions towards the Atlanta workplace and being informed they might assist and make me a happy client. Today work is shut and that I am quit having a distinct vial of anything (cannot say what it's!) Is there a class-action suit or how can get returned for something which simply fails!!! The physician below and his helper extended to express they'd assist me with my issue.
