Taking money unauthorised

I joined a totally free one month test to get a bleaching plan and decided to spend 7.95 p&p. I've not obtained the package but have now been billed 7.95 and thus far 30.23 on a single time. I've attempted to ring the amount on my card record but cant cope with to talk to anybody. After searching on the web I've unearthed that the corporation is just a fraud, im expecting information from my charge card business after telling them about that and hopefully obtain a return
