Fitness club advertises you can get your money back no questions - lies

On November 10th while I was scanning the web a Jon Benson Fitness ad popped up explaining and describing a fitness plan of loosing weight. I read on sounded great so I pushed on and after reading all could I decided I would give it a try because the ad read for any reason you can get your money back no questions.
On there report had Better Business Bureau seal of approval so I figured this must be ok. So I charged to PayPal. Received my information read it mentioned fasting and I am a Diabetic which needs to eat about every 2 hours. So I emailed them on 11/12 to support@jonbenson.com and got a reply back on 11/20 with this reference number Ticket ID: DWA-452647 stating they are working on it put low priority.
I need someone to look into this for me. If you can offer any assistance that would be greatly appreciated
