Lakeside Sportsclub
Take heed-their game is greed!

My wife and i are seniors and disabled veterans. For 2 years we paid to use the pool of what now is "lakeside sportsclub". We both have physical handicaps that require pool exercise. Because of our condition, timing is important. We had to swim around 9 am every morning.

For 2 years we put up with the crap that was once "goldmetal fitness" - constanly broken down jacuzzi and pool heaters (it can get cold at winter here in tucson) so that we could keep up with our 9 am therapy swim for our health and to slow down further physical deteri0ration. Then a lawyer and his money grubbing partner bought it out and launched a truck load of money making schemes - i.E. Water aerobics on one half of the pool, summer camp on the other. As a result there was only lane left in the middle that had to serve all the previous swimming members.

Because of the difficulty of so many people wanting to use one little lane there was constant unavailability. The water aerobics used a whole 3 lanes for four people all down on one end wasting all the rest of the space. 2 lanes would have worked just as well for them and given us just one more, but the arrogant, stuck up instructer insisted on having all that unneeded space.

I finally protested and began to swim in their unused area. Big mistake. For such evil actions my membership was immediately cancelled. You see the aerobic and camp groups make them a lot more money than individual long time members. Money, as usual, is always the bottom line.

Caution: these people are out to make money. Greed has no boundries - not the handicaped nor the elderly can escape them. Your individual needs are totally unimportant. The morality and unfairness of any position you suffer is insignificant. If you join be prepared to be constanly inconvienced, put aside and squeezed out in favor of more money making plans. You, as an individual member, are worthless! Don't get caught in this trap. Check with current members before you join any sports club. If you doubt my word, go down there and scout around. Ask questions. You'll find out!
