Donna Krech, ceo Charged for a year, and over charged without authorzation

I signed up for their online weight loss program and when I received their package I realized the program was not what I was looking for. I contacted them to unsubscribe from my monthly 27.00 fee and was told I had only 3 days to do that (it took a couple weeks for the package to arrive! ].

They have been continuing to charge me every month for nearly a year now and this month they have (so far) charged me THREE TIMES!

I am reporting them every where I can and filing a paypal dispute.

Their 'online program manager' is 'Beth' and she is EXTREMELY rude and condescending - denying that those new charges went through when I have the records right here in black and white. And she flatly informed me that they were continuing to charge me for a year of service I did not want or use 'because it was not their fault I was not doing the program'.

Avoid doing business with these people at all costs!!
