I was reading the complaint and ran across a posting where a consumer's bank account had been debited even though she had cancelled her membership and it seems that she had given up.

I just wanted to respond because the same thing happened to me today. I had $87.62 withdrawn even after cancelling my membership. This is at least the 3rd phone call to them because I wanted to verify that my membership had truly been cancelled. I called them on the 10th, 15th and then today the 21st. Each time prior to today I been assured that it would be cancelled. I spoke with another customer service representative today and was given a cancellation/credit number. I should have the amount debited within 3-5 business days. The customer service representatives have all been very nice and patient.

I feel confident because I had ordered another dental whitening product from another company and it was all the very same process. I DID receive my credit back and am confident that it won't happen again.
