We have been going to gental dental wellington, fl my family and i. My daughter was their last week for a routine, i get a call she was telling me they charge eighty dollars my ins. Covers 150.00. The manager told me i don, t know what i, m talking about, she imbarrassed my dauther in front of the office and ask my, if i was a foreigh person. I called my ins. Sure enough i was right. No appologys were made we got insulted she was not willing to call my ins. And my husband and i are appault to see the type of management and non pravacy of the customer, we were imbarrassed and my daughter was crying.
We will not return to this office where they do not care about their people.
