Keeping funds and not shipping item

Perfune was purchased thru PerfumeFreeZone.com and taken care of with PayPal. After product did not appear, I place a state in with PayPal, but PerfumeFreeZone.com had shut their consideration after getting my income. They stated PayPal cheated them! And held my resources, therefore there is nothing they might do. I'dnot trust the corporation.
