New Mexico's Channel 13 is referring people to this scam, so I hold them partly responsible. They get you in the fine print, which you have to click on to access. I ordered the free trial, they sent the trial package and a regular package which I never knowingly ordered. After 8 days, the charge for 78.41 appeared on my debit card. I called Ortho White, and the operator gave me the speech that was obviously well-practiced: You agreed to pay, and we cannot refund your money." I told her I agreed to the free trial only and its shipping charge of less than 2 dollars. I told her I didn't have 78 dollars to spare and that this theft was a hardship for me. She reeled off her speech again. These crooks must be ripping people off right and left! I've cancelled my debit card, and will head to the bank tomorrow to see if I can have this charge reversed. Don't fall for this predatory scam!
