Online offer for 14-day trial for only $4.95. The company doesn't actually send the product to "try." They send 60 capsules after the 14-day trial period is over and charge both the $4.95 and $83.95. You don't have the opportunity to make a decision if it works. I was billed and phoned customer service only to be spoken to in a hostile manner and told to read the terms. I requested cancellation of future orders and wanted a confirmation #. The rep told me they don't have confirmation #'s. I then requested an email confirmation which I was told I would receive. Never received an email. I then reported the incident to my credit card company who was fantastic at going "to bat" to fight this ripoff.
