Useless warranty

Purchased some spectacles from Lenscrafters (when is area of the issue) at a price of $400. Earpiece broke Oct 6. Returned towards the shop where I created the purchase. Worker suggests the main one year guarantee is just a month-out of day. I mentioned I acquired the spectacles in March... Oct 2, to become precise and based on the bill in my own wallet. She claims I requested them Sept 18... Which makes the main one-year guarantee no-good! But she suggests delay; she disappears for some moments. Returns and claims they will need to substitute the structures (recognized) and lenses. (why?) for half the price. And so I declare just how much? She ticks the pc for some moments and claims $304. I say no thanks. And farewell. Never again can I get there. Never.
