Richard Campanella D/B/A Holistic Health solutions I thought would be a solution to relieve my back pain after a car accident. The facility was close to work and convenient to visit on my way home each day.

During my first visit I was told that the visit would be $100.00 unless I opted to give him $500.00 for several treatments enabling me to get treatment each day through out the month. According to Richard it would take several treatments for it to be a success. Why would he even charge $100.00 knowing one visit would not give any results

So why would I spend my money on one treatment if it wasn't going to help me? At the same time I did not no if this would even work after several visits? It seemed to have absolutely no affect on me in any way after a 30 minute session. Richard convinced me it would be best to come often.

What I did not know after handing him $500.00 Cash that he was moving out of his office several miles in the opposite direction from my work and home. After a year of calling him this was my final result.

A one time visit for $500.00, he would not refund me the $400.00. He told me I was taking up his time by calling trying to resolve the problem. Richard should not be in the business of healing people. He was rude, and quite arrogant with me, trying to make argument, never intended to return my money knowing I could not travel, insisting I return.

It wasn't about healing it was about the money for him. He told me I had to come and use my visits and that was it. I said I would never feel comfortable about going there after his way of putting me off.

My conversation with him ended like this. I told him that Kim his front desk co-ordinator told me several weeks ago that he would send me a check. He then called me a liar. I asked him if he would please put her on the phone, he then hung up on me.

I would never recommend this man to anyone. He is unethical and should not be in the business of healing or touching people.
