I pd approx $2000 three yrs ago, and never received the help i was promised. I spoke with richard hargus a few times and he said he would call me back in a couple of days and never did. I kept calling and calling, but no real results. Now i face danger on my taxes and ramifications from the irs as a result. I really would like to get my money back and find out why this happened. I'm pretty discouraged. I really need the help and am lost as to what happened and why or what i really need to do at this time...
