FALSE advertising and fraudulent fees on credit card

Colon cleanse 3000 web site stated get a free 14 day trail of colon cleanse 3000 and all you pay is shipping and handling well before i even had the product for 14 days they took 87 dollors out of my checking account while i was beleiviing that the product was free i notified them and at that time they told me that i had 14 days too let them know that i was not happy with the product and i let them know i had not had it for 14 days and to please cancel any orders. I was told they did and would refund me my money. They never did and i see just today they send me another bottle of the crap. I called spoke to a sabrina asking to remove my name i do not want any of this - supposedly since they sent i have to keep it. I asked to speak to a supurvisor and she couldn't do that or give me a name. So looking online at other complaints i either will contact the bbb and get rid of my card.
