Seriously overcharged

I'm a nurse and also have been one for 32 years. I've noticed from million-dollar implant operations to some boo-boo set having a hug along with a bandaid. I had a need to perform a moist to dry saline dressing on myself and got my nurse specialist to call-in a software to 1 of one's pharmacies for normal saline. I don't understand for that existence of me, why I required a software for saline but be assured, I did so. I visited get the software and was knocked-out once the worker explained it'd be $24.53. Which was after my insurance paid $25.46. Our software was for just two - 250cc containers of normal saline. I purchase saline for that area where I perform which is approximately 12 pennies worth of saline! I examined with my provider and my price to purchase these is $1.22 each! Why does this price $50 from you-all? After I requested the pharmacy technology she was only nable to express "I actually donot understand, they do not show us that". This really is highway robbery!
