Health & Medicine

Dietcntrl.com, thefitcliq.com and lifstylefit.com are all the same company. All three companies appeared at different times as charges on my credit card. What this company does is hide a subscription toggle when you are purchasing another product. This is hidden amongst about 10 "free trial" offers you will receive when purchasing a wholistic health product online.

The website does not send a "congratulations you are signed up" e-mail as they state they do. I save everything, and did not have it. They then go ahead and charge your credit card for $19.95 every month. Since they always use a different company name it is very difficult to see.

The website/subscription company does not send any newsetters, subscription notifications or reminders. This in itself is a fraudulant practice! When I called to complain and get refunded the customer service rep hung up on me. She did call back about 10 minutes later, saying she was "disconnected", but I know that is becuase she is told to do that when a customer sounds angry.

I am being credited for 3 out of the 7 months that I was charged. I want a full refund, becuase I know that they can see that I never logged onto the web site, and I would not never willingly signed up for an online "diet" website. All I wanted to do was get a FREE trial of a green tea mix (which I did not purchase any more of). I was very cautious when I did this to get the details on returning and cancelling the tea.
