This company is a joke! I called to cancel and found out how to go about getting my $83.95 back, I was told that the chances of getting my money credited to my account were "not likely". I called 13 days after my account was charged the first time and was told to "call back tomorrow", which would be the 14th day, and the end of the 14 free trial! What a scam.
The customer support phone line is about the same as yelling to your neighbor who lives 3 doors down and they are 2 back yard pool parties going on in between. The connection was impossible. I couldn't understand them and they had no desire to understand me.
