Paid upfront and have gotten no service

I closed a on 7/15/09 and paid upfront for several remedies, but was informed to contact to plan my initial appt in Sept. I named 8/25 to plan my first therapy simply to discover the amount have been disconnected. I subsequently named the brand new quantity shown on the site. I have not had the opportunity to depart any communications as the mail continues to be complete since. I submitted a scam problem with my charge card that will be along the way to be examined and that I posted a via the BBB. These would be the two paths I Have started, but when somebody has every other recommendations, please let me understand. Out lots of cash for no support!
