Horrible customer support

I bought jewelry at overstock.com utilizing the 90-day just like money alternative with billmelater.com. I paid $285 about the consideration, the quantity of my purchase. They delivered me a statement for $4.80. I named, they acknowledged the consideration for $4.00, but quit an 80-cent stability. Four weeks later it is $30 plus they switched it to selections. Subsequently, after I contact them, they MOVE me to some disconnected range. Bob, worker # 2515 described "That Is simply our plan".
