Charged for complete set when I ordered a free trial

I requested a totally free test of Ivory bright and my charge card organization named to determine when the $78 cost was a scam. Theyhad delivered an entire collection using the test without my understanding it and that I didt start it after I first got it but since I'venot had an opportunity to utilize it however I thoughtit was two pouvhes of the examples. They charged me for that total collection that we didn't purchase so when I named to deliver it back the stated they'dnot go back. THEy mentioned it had been within the ageement after I requested the test that I'd to contact to stop the collection but how was I to understand that. After I popped the container there is NO bill or packaging slip or something! It simply included two pockets which seem like examples! It might not be scam however it is unquestionably poor and company and terrible customer relationships. The lady spoke to wasn't enjoyable and simply explained I ought to have browse the contract after I requested the test. Exactly what a fraud!!! Do not drop for this!!!
