I was offered a "FREE" gift online to complete a survey with participation required and one of the offers was Ivory White. I ordered the trial one week sample of the product for a total of
$3.00 and odd change. This company sent the trial package along with the full set up package also. I have nuerously tried to cancel my order by calling the customer service and was offered to press "1" to cancel. I have done so and also wanted to send thier product back glad I didn't because they charged my card for $78 and change. I finally reach a real person and tried to explain myself, and was treated very poorly, as not only one but three representatives were very unprofessional and "RUDE"! I have saved all Emails to and from this company and now knowing there were other victims I will do what I can to get my $ back!
