I placed an order for liquid kelp and paid $11.01 by credit card back in May. I tried to email and no one has responded. No phone is listed. Ripped off

Omege E Supplements did not send my order for liquid kelp back in May. I have tried to track it down, but no response to my emails. They have no telephone listed and now the website has disappeared. It was only $11.01, so I'm very glad I did not order more. I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else.
