Terrible customer treatment

I have positioned my purchase with TyentUSA in mid-may. I've been informed that my purchase must appear within 10 business days - around May 25. On May 29 I still didn't obtain my purchase and chose to contact TyentUSA. The only real person who was open to talk to me was assistant, which didn't have any info to assist me. I have been informed that somebody from TyentUSA will-call me back. Following a few hours of awaiting that phone I named them again - the exact same tale. I've waited even more and named them again - exactly the same tale again!
