I'm still awaiting it. It's been way over per month. Often it requires just as much as 3 months. I've delivered many emails to bongo@bongobeauty.com. I acquired reaction just on my first email on 2-09. Bob responded he might find why it's getting that extended. Next there have been no further reactions on my follow-up emails. Our charge card was billed currently and that I still haven't gotten my purchase. I'd truly enjoy if you can solve this issue. Thanks. Our credit organization was good to credit this cost for me personally. It's end-of July today and that I discovered this site and so I chose to inform you about that organization. I've never gotten my purchase from Bongo Elegance despite the fact that I delivered many emails for them after awaiting it over 30 days. It's not only issue of $20.00, purchase it might of been a lot more. They never gotten back again to me to solve that lost bundle (I suppose that it had been dropped).

That organization has exceptionally bad customer support and that I would not store together again.
