Refused to cover prescription

As a result of work change we've AVMED, I visited the drugstore to restore a prescription and AVMED declined to protect it. They claim I want an application completed from the physician. I've go out of the medication as well as in pain. I named AVMED and requested for aid and what I ought to do. They recomended I visit the IM.

It's crazy not to approve a required prescription, to include expenses, then recomend the IM which is a large number of pounds. Similarly my situation is deteriorating which might infact charge more.

The corporation doesn't worry about it is customers, I recomend to remain away if you're able to.
