Ripoff run around and lies

I ordered a shoe insert from an infomercial (that product still has not arived) I was billed for that transaction. About 30 days later I was billed 2 differant times for products I didnt ask for from a compony id never herd of. As it turns out the both are SYLMARK INC. As I tried to straiten this out with them (SYLMARK INC.) on their custemer service line%$#@&*%$. All i got was run around and lies. Sylmark inc. Web page names mark bess as president, a phone mess left for him went unanswerd. My situation is still unresolved
