Sylmark, abslide.Co. President Mark Bess responds "millions of orders, weren't ready to handle that many orders"

I Spoke to the president of Sylmark and he said he wuld take care of my problems getting an abslide I ordered... I will let all know if it helps after I received it. He told me they were a small company that was flooded with millions of orders and weren't ready to handle that many orders. He said they are working hard to fix problems... I will let you know whether mine is fixed or not when I receive mine!

Try writing him and letting him know your problem also... Maybe you'll feel a little better also after he responds.
