Did not bill my insurance, even after I sent them proof!

I gave them evidence of my insurance within my visit, plus they never charged them. Alternatively the excessively rude and condescending assistant charged me of lacking insurance. I agreed to fax or e-mail paperwork to ensure that she might bill the insurance and he or she declined to provide me a fax number or email. I named them many times to assist them complete the paperwork, plus they did not do something. Alternatively she delivered me a statement for function that's 100% included in my insurance. They're totally inexperienced and rude. Prevent this location!
